Blimey Cow is a group of people, consisting of two brothers named Jordan and Josh, and Josh's wife, Kelli. They make funny videos and post them on youtube every Monday and Friday. This is one of those videos:
Buuut anyway, Blimey Cow just hosted a "72 Hour Film Fest". Basically, it was a challenge to come up with an amazing story, write a script for it, shoot the footage, and edit it into a beautiful package of cinematographic mastery by the deadline of 72 hours. To prevent cheaters from planning ahead and ruining the whole idea of a 72 hour film fest, they made up some things that had to be included in on the video, like two people shaking hands, a pile of books, a piece of fruit, etc and didn't announce them until the very beginning of the 72 hours. It sounds a bit daunting do get all that done in such a short amount of time, but actually it isnt, as alot of people found out (apparently), because they had a turn out of around 200 videos!
Well, DiamondBack Productions (that's our fancy-schmancy production company name) made this pshycological thriller. Two sisters have a...not so peaceful time at a laundromat... It's only 4 minutes long, so please watch it!
(Oh, and if you will, please notice the craftiness we wove into the title - it's a genious play on the "permanent press" setting on a washing machine...Ohh...maybe we inhaled too much laundry soap whlie we were shooting...XD)
