If you are very overweight or even slightly, these three easy steps to help you be thin again. Celebrities have made it seem like the "in" thing is to be super thin, truth is, it's not. It's not healthy either. People judge you by your weight so it is good to maintain a healthy one.
Change Your Eating Habits: No more all-you-can-eat buffets. Try to eat lots of fresh foods Drink water with your meal instead of high-calorie sodas. Go Outside: Make room in your daily schedule to spend at least one hour a day outside, You don't have to do it all at once, you can do it all throughout the day. Playing sports is a good way to get exercise without even knowing it!
Change Your Mindset: Don't think of yourself as chubby, fat or obese. Know that you're going to change that about yourself. Don't say you're fat, cause you're not, you're party size Tell yourself you can do it! You can make be your best! You can be thin! You don't have to have a life of being fat, you're better than that.
